I hope we're all looking forward to the first meet back!
The plan is much the same as meets were before The Event, however because The Event is still very much a thing, we are adding the following rules for the October meet:
PROOF OF A NEGATIVE COVID TEST WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE MEET IS REQUIRED - No earlier than 1pm, Friday October 1st.
Please show proof in the form of a text or email confirming a negative test report to a member of staff - There will be a table downstairs by the left entrance of the venue (The Boardroom).
You will be given a wristband, please either wear this on your wrist or around a lanyard.
If you are found within the meet area without said wristband you will be asked to provide proof - Without test proof you will be asked to leave until you can provide proof.
DO NOT BRING THE TEST ITSELF TO THE MEET, this is just unhygienic, PLEASE PERFORM THE TEST AT HOME.
If you wish to do this in advance, please message Azure with a screenshot of proof before the meet, you will be added to a list and can collect your wristband at the event. Members of staff will be at the pre-meet (Starbucks Temple Quay, 11am-12:45pm) as well, wristbands can be given here too.

Mask wearing is not compulsory, however please respect those who decide they wish to wear one.
If you are not vaccinated by the time of the event, we advise you avoid the meet until you can receive the vaccine, unless you have legitimate health reasons to avoid vaccination.
We thank you for helping us make sure our return to meets will be as safe as we can make them, these rules will be reviewed at every meet to ensure we can run as best as we can.
