How to find us
Go past the baseball fields and RV parks, down a thin roadway near the golf course. We're in the large gazebo next to the swimming pool area and tree-covered picnic area!

This park is completely outdoors, and a rain check venue has not yet been established. Guests are welcome to stay in the event of a rainout, but it is not advised.

How to find us

The hotel has posted Covid-19 information on the Caribe Royale website.
Parking included for those staying in the hotel however attendees not staying at the hotel will be required to pay a discounted rate of $10 per day. In order to get this rate you MUST have your parking validated by one of the validation machines which will be available in Convention Operations and at the Information Desk. If you do not get your Parking validated by one of these 2 machines you will be charged the standard rate (currently $20 per day) when exiting.
The hotel does have pet friendly rooms in designated areas of the the hotel. For information on hotel Pet Policy visit the hotels Pet Friendly page. To our attendees: Please be respectful of service animals and their owners. Always ask first before petting the animal.
Smoking/Vaping anywhere in the hotel is prohibited. Please ask the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.
While the Hotel unfortunately does not offer shuttle service to and from the airport we do arrange a discounted rate with Mears for Megaplex attendees.

Carmel Park only has one shelter, and we've rented it for the entire day. We'll meet there. :)

Reserving a room with the con rate for the Embassy requires an event registration. After registering you will receive a link to book at the lower rate until the room block is full.

Do not park in the lot at the club — this is reserved for liquor store traffic - however, you can pull in there to drop off passengers and boxes.
There is often street parking near the club on Redondo Avenue or Pacific Coast Highway (main east/west street on map)
After 7 pm, you may park behind the Out of the Closet thrift shop; entry is on Newport Ave, just across from the club, but -do not stay here past 2 a.m.-
Sometimes there is overflow parking at the adjacent lot, entered on Loma Ave between the office complex and the car dealer. If the gate for that lot is open, it's ok to use. They will not lock your car in the lot while TAIL! is going on, but -do not stay here past 2 a.m.-
There is almost always parking across PCH on the street behind Rodeway Inn. Open street, open parking.
Do not park in any other lots — local businesses and hotels WILL TOW, 24 hours a day.
As with any high-tourist urban area, do not leave valuables in your car.
