It's that time of year to once again pull out all the stops! Food and drinks are available at the pavilion along with changing areas for costumes. Explore the yard and the deck to check out all the amazing decorations while the DJ plays a mix of themed and popular music. And don't forget all that sweet sweet candy!

From 6-10pm the party will be available for all EFM members to enjoy. However, after 10pm it becomes a private event directly from Ryuu so please make sure to vacate the premise by 10pm if you haven't received said invite. Ryuu and their family are kind enough to include us so don't overstay your welcome!

Just like previous years, this years party will be held in Douglassville to accommodate all things furry. Large back yard, bonfire, music, food and games! And as always, Ryuu's Halloween parties are dry so it is fun for the whole family!

The brand new pavilion will be food central. We will have pizza, spaghetti and meat balls, sausage, pasta and buffalo chicken dip on the hot plate and the cold plate will have BLT dip, ranch dip, ring bologna, cheese and veggies. (Food is still being decided, but we promise it will be tasty!) We will also have the standard chips, cookies and of course candy. Don't forget cold drinks! Those will be in the Pepsi fridge. And of course, marshmallows for roasting over the bonfire.

The new pavilion also comes equipped with FOUR changing rooms! These means suiters will have a private place to change and limited storage. No more fighting for the bathroom inside the house! These where built specifically for our suiters. Make sure to thank John, Ryuu's dad, for including them in the project. The area to and around the pavilion is also decked off so no more muddy paws! This also means everything is now wheelchair accessible!

Of course, all good things come at a price. In order to attend this breath taking event it is asked that you donate a minimum of $10. The event is upwards of 1k or more each year. (food, DJ, portapotty rentals, etc) Also, its Halloween so you MUST show up in costume! And no silly shirts that say "This is my costume" I wanna see some effort people! Fursuits count, but don't be afraid to spice it up ;)

While it is a Halloween event, we ask you leave the horrors and viruses of the world at home. The only way we can have this event is if everyone does their part. For safety reasons we are asking only fully vaccinated individuals attend the event. If you are medically unable to vaccinate or not vaccinated/fully vaccinated we ask you stay home and join us next year. We are also dropping the number of available RSVPS for safety reasons as well.

Masks are appreciated, but not required, as this is an outdoor event. We will also have hand sanitizer available to you.

Other then that, all that is asked is you have a good time and stay safe.

FOR SAFETY REASONS IT IS ASKED THAT ALL FURSUITERS STAND AT LEAST 5-10 FEET FROM THE FIRE!! THERE IS TO BE NO ROASTING OF THE FURRIES, ONLY MARSHMALLOWS.
