Welcome to the Lakesidefurs 14. The first LSF that is focused on the authors in the fandom. In this spirit we offer a story-telling group each evening, in which experienced authors as well as newcomers can present their pieces of art or even read parts of them to the others. If you are not literarily inclined you could participate in one of the many outdoor-activities.

All of that will happen from July 2 to July 9 2022. Again we'll be in Wald im Pinzgau in Salzburg. The Chalet Bergerblick - with its noteworthy view across the valley of the Salzach - has room for 51 furries, scalies and of course also for our feathery friends. As in the previous years, we offer two hikes. The details for these hikes will be announced at a later point.
When it's sunny the reservoir Durlaßboden - which is located 9 km from the house - invites with its open shores. With its 15°C it's ideal to cool you off on hot days and even dogs are allowed there. Next to the lake are no buildings and grassy areas which are ideal for sunbathing.
Naturally we are once again located in the midst of numerous mountains that invite you to hike up them. If you'd like more action, you can find a group, get organized and contact the Aktivzentrum Zillertal for guided canyoning-, rafting- or boating-tours.

Even if it's raining, you won't be bored. There are two group-rooms where you can play card- or board-games, or you can attend one or two of the interesting SIGs. Additionally the house has a built-in sauna that can be used each evening. It has room for 4-6 furs at a time, so there will be a list around for you to register on. If the rain isn't enough, you can go to the nearby "Kristallbad Wald Königsleiten", an indoor pool with a 50m slide and multiple saunas.

And of course like the years before we offer some fine meals cooked in our common kitchen where everyone is encouraged to help. But please tell us before of any allergies or intolerances so we can buy the right ingrediants and everyone has enough to eat.
