Return to Gamers Heaven!
After 3 years of Covid, location changes, and more, EFM finally returns to Gamers Heaven! While much has changed, some things are the same. Thanks to Darius for the hook up once again!

If you plan on attending you MUST pay the $15 event fee or have a Membership. (Memberships are purchased at the store and are $40 a month. Please see store employees for membership benefits) If you do not pay the event fee you will not be allowed to sit with the group or have access to our reserved areas. Please be respectful of our hosts. If you can not afford the cover charge it is asked you stay home to make space on the RSVP for those who can.

While Gamers Heaven does not require masks or vaccination, EFM as a group does. While you are in our reserved space, you will be expected to wear a mask and be properly vaccinated. Masks must be worn over the nose/mouth and on at all times when not drinking or eating.

Price: $15 per person event ticket -or- membership (can not be covered with points)

Includes: access to reserved table top area, access to open PCs, and cafe area.

Please be aware that reserved space is limited and requires you sign up before the event. Please to do not show up with out having reserved a space as we will prioritize those on the list over those who show up last minute.

Fursuits are WELCOMED and ENCOURAGED! However, please be aware there is no designated fursuit lounge or storage area. Please plan accordingly if you plan to suit.

If you would like to reserve the Theater or Private DnD room during the meet you must schedule in advance on your own and pay a deposit.


Please make sure to review the EFM code of conduct and rules before signing up.

If you have not read the CoC or been vaccinated you will NOT be allowed to attend and your name removed from the list.
