An artjam will be held on Saturday, April 15, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Panera Bread at 1000 Bald Hill Road (Route 2), Warwick, RI. RIPTA route 29 has two stops nearby.
Due to some potential attendees, face masks are recommended but not required.
This event is not just for artists to attend. We will eat and socialize, and if you are an artist, you can bring your own sketchpads, drawing materials, laptops or tablets, etc. Everyone can hang out, eat and drink, and the artists can show off their skills or even try to get some commissions from attendees.
People will believe they can't come because they have no money to pay for food. This event was created to socialize and call attention to the artists in our group. We are at a restaurant and you would be expected to contribute to their business, but as long as some of us are paying customers, we will be all set.
DO NOT BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD. This is something that is not allowed at most restaurants. This includes bags of snacks and drinks. While you are not required to buy anything while you are there, please do not bring in your own food.
Fursuit heads are not allowed, but tails and ears are okay.
