Festival: After the parade at Arms Park

No purchase necessary, but must be 18+ to march with the Barks & Rec group.

Welcomed attire for the Parade and Festival includes, but is not limited to:

Fursuits
Pup gear
Underwear
Leather, rubber, and associated gear

Standard B&R attire restrictions apply for both the Festival and Parade:

Symbols deemed hateful by our community are strictly forbidden at Barks & Rec events.
Firearms (real or replica)
Tactical / police / military outfits
Speakers used to play audio continuousy
Squeakers
Nudity or exposed genitalia
