Public: So Maxamilion, I've noticed that you host most of your meets in nyc or Hudson county. When are you ever gonna host a meet in central or south Jersey... Ya know in the state/region you actually live.

Me: Ya know I've tried. I did 8 on the break and I did Citiplex. Both cheap meets in locations I though people would like but almost Everytime 1 or no furs show up. However I've got a meet that I hope entices everyone to band together in a region most closest to me

Introducing Fursona Appreciation Day. A 5 hour event taking place in Irvington NJ. So what does this entail? Welp first at 4pm we're going to Don's Dinner for food. It's more so a buffet than anything so all you can eat for $15. Not hungry? Welp I got another idea for ya. At 6pm we're going to Rita's Italian Ice which is close by to the diner, just a 4 block walk. Get any ice cream you'd like... on the house "say whhaaaat?" Eeyup Get any ice cream from Rita's FREE ninety-nine. "Ok but, I want soft served not Italian ice... Will I still be comped or do I gotta pay for it?" What did I just say? ANY Ice Cream for FREE alright yeesh X3

Ok so we got diner check and treats check... But, what about entertainment. "Can we fursuit at this meet?" Answer YES there is a 2 hour park meet 7 to 9pm in Irvington Park fursuiter friendly where we can chat, mingle, play games, there's also a tennis court. And we can stay until 9 or til Bordem/fatigue sets in... Which ever comes first.

So when is this event? Friday March 11 2022.
How do we get there?
Dons Diner: 665 Nye ave Irvington NJ
Take the 25 from Newark Penn Station to Civic Square (Irvington) then it's a 1 block walk

Rita's: 693 Lyons ave Irvington nj
Take the 107 from PABT (NYC) to Gove st + Olson place (Irvington) then walk along side the park down Lyons avenue

You can also take heavy rail NJTransit from NewYork Penn to Newark Penn and follow above instructions. Or 33rd street/WTC Path

Last note: this meet is a New Jersey sanctioned meet. This means your MTA cards do not work here other than the path train. All buses are $1.60 unless it's a multi zone bus like (107) then it's $6
