Southern Paws is back again - join us this year at the Waipara Adventure Center. Running from the 12th to the 15th of May, Southern Paws is a three-night "furry camping" event located just an hour outside of Christchurch, New Zealand.
Expect everything you'd have at a summer camp - activities, events, outdoors, and spending time with friends! But also fursuits, a dealers den, furry merchandise, and way more.
Our theme this year is all about fantasy - think Dungeons & Dragons, Middle Earth, wizards, witches, and warriors. So feel free to bring your gear and dress up!
Booking this year is done in groups, and a few room types are available. You can stay in our standard accommodation with 3 or 6 people sharing a room, or you can book our cheaper option and stay in a larger shared room. If you don't have a group of people planned out, don't panic! There will be the option to take a lucky-dip on room assignment, and you will share a cabin with others who chose the same option.
