Specific meetup location in the park will be announced via Telegram the day of the event and we will also have our banner and various Halloween inspired decor around the venue!


WHAT: This is an all ages meetup for Augusta Furs at Amity! This meet is a fursuit friendly event, so feel free to break out the paws and tails! Costumes are also welcome.

Please keep in mind there is a $5 parking fee when entering the park!

If you plan on attending the meet, it would be super appreciated if you brought some spooky themed food/drinks to share! While bringing an item isn't necessary to attend, it would be preferred as this is a potluck style party. We would appreciate if, at the least, one person per group/carpool brought something to share! Spooky food/drinks don't need to be homemade, store bought is fine! If you are bringing a dish that requires a serving spoon, knife, or tongs, please bring them yourself. Keep in mind that others may have food allergies, so if your item contains a food allergen, we'd like if you labeled it! List the item(s) you are bringing and inform us of any plus-1s in your RSVP.
Please don't bring something if two others have already signed up to bring it!

We will be providing a cooler with cold water bottles, as well as our own spooky foods but if you would like any other food or drinks you will have to bring it yourself. We are also aiming to bring some outdoor activities and games such as balls and frisbees, but feel free to bring your own outdoor games and activities too! We're also bringing card games and boardgames, but please be mindful and keep track of the pieces.


Suggestions:

A medium to large Bluetooth speaker (for spooky tunes!)
Disposable plates, cups, bowls, napkins, and cutlery
Hand sanitizer
Drinks other than water, preferably individual bottles or cans
A clean, sanitized cooler with ice for drink cups
Individually wrapped snacks- like cookies, chips, crackers, cakes, and candy!
Papa John's has a Jack-O-Lantern pizza around this time of year
Marshmallow ghosts
Caramel apples
Pumpkin soup or pumpkin chili
Spooky cupcakes!
Red Jello with candy eyeballs
Mummy Pigs in a blanket
Pumpkin pie
Halloween cookies or cake-pops
Miniature Sandwiches
Apple cider
Veggie platter
Cheese and Crackers platter

Volunteers for set up and tear down (If you want to volunteer, write that as the item you're bringing and DM @ENXROACH on Telegram)
