FOR THE MAY 2022 EVENT, ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AND WEAR FACE MASKS WE ENCOURAGE FURSUITERS TO WEAR MASKS UNDER THEIR HEADS. PROOF OF VACCINATION IS REQUIRED. (These are rules for this event, as voted on by potential attendees via Twitter and reinforced by the fact Colorado is currently reporting 3x as many new cases daily as it was in March. They can only be enforced on attendees, not other guests of Boondocks.)

To provide proof of vaccination, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out and submit this form first.
2. You may either show Tango your physical card, a photo of the card, or official electronic documentation at the event, OR send a message of the same via self-destructing Telegram message to Tango (@rebelsheart).

To make counting of people and suits easy, please fill out this form once per person.

Cost is $15 per person for 1 game of mini golf. The $15 also helps cover the cost of renting one of the event rooms as a changing space that we will have between 7p and 9p. (The rain plan will let us bowl 1 game for the same rate, shoes included. Or play laser tag, or ride the Dark Ride, etc.)

Bring water bottles.

Attendees, in or out of suit, should be family-friendly in appearance. Suits are not required, but are both welcome and encouraged. The course is outside.
