Awooooooo! Your favourite arcade haunt is gearing up for this year's Halloween special. Join us for a devilish round of tricks and treats with gaming, dealers dens, karaoke and more!

Barkade is a unique event celebrating gaming and creativity within the furry community, held in association with Bonus Stage, Playnation Games, and the Heart of Gaming, London's Largest Arcade. Our venue is incredibly spacious, fully air conditioned, and has disabled access to the arcade. We're only 20 minutes away by train from Central London (short walk from East and West Croydon).

Please note that this is an 18+ event, and you must present your ID as part of the entry checks.

For the safety of staff and attendees, we have prepared a COVID safety management plan detailing our entry requirements and precautions. Please read before purchasing your tickets.

Entry requirements and precautions:

- All attendees must wear masks on entry, and keep wearing them where possible. Should you forget your mask, they can be bought from the venue.

- Temperature checks

- Track and Trace via NHS Covid-19 App

- Proof of vaccination - either fully vaccinated, or partially vaccinated + negative LFT result within 48 hours before the event / negative PCR result. Please refer to the COVID plan above detailing how you can present these to us.

- Once checked, you will be given a wristband. We'll be handing out personal space stickers again so attendees can indicate their preferences.

- If you are feeling poorly or showing signs of COVID, you must not attend the meet, and must follow self-isolation rules. We reserve the right to refuse entry should you attempt to enter the event.

Tickets

Entry is £20 and includes the Barkade goodie bag (including our UK furry Zine), and a drink token for a free shot or non-alcoholic alternative at the bar

For our Dealers' Den, tables are limited and there is £5 surplus on top of the entry tickets. Applicants should fill out our form here.

By buying a ticket you agree to adhere to the entry requirements, and that we are not liable for any losses, damages, injury or personal grievances that may arise. Tickets cannot be refunded but may be transferred to the next event or another attendee by emailing us at barkadeevents@gmail.com.

Other info

There is a cloakroom on the first level (arcade level) for those looking to offload heavy bags and jackets at £1 per item, at Heart of Gaming's discretion.
